Electrical Power Restored

Electricity returned to my apartment at approximately 6:15 pm yesterday (Sep. 16). I have already done two loads of laundry. Now, can we put the electrical lines underground, as they are at Ohio State, to prevent this sort of problem in the future? At least we seriously reduced our CO₂ emissions for a few days.
